    Job Descriptions:

    Join Chapa-De in a newly created role and lead a proactive enterprise data management strategy designed to elevate operational excellence, financial sustainability, compliance, and health equity.

     

    Salary: $176,300-$213,300, depending on experience

    Benefit Highlights:

    + Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.

    + 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)

    Duties:

    + Design and implement a comprehensive data governance framework addressing data quality, security, ownership, accessibility, compliance and standardization.

    + Collaborate with departments and leaders to understand data gaps and needs and propose solutions.

    + Directs and oversees the Quality and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program

    + Drive organizational awareness of data governance through training, communication, and advocacy.

    + Drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights.

    Required Experience:

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field; or combination of equivalent experience and education.

    + Five (5) years’ progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare data management.

    + Five (5) years’ leadership experience in quality improvement in a healthcare setting.

    + Proven leadership experience in healthcare data management, analytics, quality improvement, and strategy.

    + Strong understanding of population health management concepts and methodologies.

    + Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

    + Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and administrative staff.
