Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Torrance, California. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will play a vital part in managing accounts receivable processes for a company handling substantial annual revenue. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in accounting systems and resolve invoice disputes effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections.

• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes in collaboration with branch teams.

• Reconcile aging reports and address discrepancies promptly.

• Utilize accounting software systems to track, report, and analyze financial data.

• Maintain accurate records of cash activities and accounts receivable transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of financial issues.

• Assist in preparing detailed reports and summaries for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve payment-related inquiries. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems and related tools.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms.

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and cash handling.

• Experience with reconciling aging reports and resolving discrepancies.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Prior experience in financial services or accounting functions preferred.
