Job Title: Immediate Hiring for Warehouse Worker!! Apply ASAP!

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you can work in one of four specialized areas, including Customization, Rework, Picking/Forklift, and Floor Load and Inbound. We value your ability to understand English and follow instructions, but also provide shift leads who speak Spanish and French to ensure effective communication.

Responsibilities

+ Customization: Stack orders on pallets per customer requests, wrap and tag them for shipment, and handle specialty packing for specific deals.

+ Rework: Inspect and manage damaged orders, collaborate with on-site P&G employees for quality control, and salvage usable products.

+ Picking/Forklift: Pick and scan orders using a sit-down propane-powered forklift, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

+ Floor Load and Inbound: Load and unload trucks manually, use RF scan guns, and prepare products for shipment by palletizing and shrink wrapping.

+ Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse.

+ Maintenance: Perform facility maintenance and occasional forklift maintenance.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and inventory management.

+ Proficiency in using RF scanners and sit-down forklifts.

+ Ability to manage material handling and shipping and receiving tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and safety-oriented warehouse environment that is non-climate controlled but kept cool with fans, Gatorade, popsicles, and frozen towels when needed. Enjoy a family-oriented and diverse company culture with potential translators for Spanish and French. The dress code is casual, allowing shorts and short sleeve shirts but prohibiting hoodies and strings. PPE, including hearing and eye protection and vests, is provided on-site. Shifts include 1st shift (6 am - 2:30 pm M-F) and 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11 pm), with a shift differential for the 2nd shift.Imm

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.00/hr.
