    Machine Operator

    Overview:

    We are looking for skilled individuals to operate CNC and fabrication equipment for metal bending and cutting used in large window and glass units. This role involves programming CNC machines, interpreting digital drawings, and ensuring precision throughout production.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate CNC machines, saws, and brake presses for metal fabrication.

    + Change and reprogram CNC machines based on production requirements.

    + Interpret 3D digital drawings and ensure accuracy in production.

    + Meet daily and overall production goals.

    + Safely move large metal or glass pieces using hoists or team lifts.

    Requirements:

    + 1–2 years of experience with CNC equipment and metal fabrication.

    + Ability to operate CNC machines and perform quality measurements.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with a tape measure.

    + Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring during and after production.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, VA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
