    Join our dynamic and fast-paced team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you will handle high-volume invoice processing in a collaborative and growing environment. This role involves working with both PO and Non-PO invoices, utilizing SAP and Excel for efficient processing.

    Responsibilities

    + Process a high volume of over 200 invoices per day, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    + Submit Non-PO invoices for approval, make necessary adjustments, and reroute as needed upon rejection.

    + Conduct a 3-way match for invoices, selecting items and routing for payment.

    + Engage in both PO and Non-PO processing with a focus on larger volumes and dollar amounts.

    + Utilize Open Text for processing, requiring analytical skills.

    + Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to resolve issues and manage ticketing.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in SAP and Excel for data management and processing.

    + Experience with purchase orders, 3-way matching, and invoice processing.

    + Strong vendor communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.

    Work Environment

    The role is based in an in-office environment located conveniently near North Park Mall, offering plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You will be part of a collaborative team of 13 members, with opportunities for growth within a large oil and gas company.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
