    Director of Scholarships & Gift Planning

     

    Northwestern College is seeking a director of scholarships and gift planning to strengthen donor relationships and steward resources that make Christ-centered higher education accessible for students. This role oversees both planned giving (50%) and scholarship management (50%), cultivating a portfolio of approximately 150 donors and ensuring excellence in donor and student experiences.

     

    The director will guide donors in legacy and planned gifts, lead the administration of endowed and annual scholarships, and foster meaningful donor-student connections through stewardship and events.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree required

    + Experience in fundraising, donor relations, financial planning or estate planning

    + Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    + Commitment to Northwestern College’s Christ-centered mission
