Department/Group Overview:
Disney Corporate Creative Resources is a full-service department for special event production, editorial, video, graphic design, new technology development, and communications planning that manages projects on an integrated basis on behalf of internal Disney corporate clients. The Special Events team produces creative and turnkey internal and external-facing events, meetings and conferences on various levels and scale.
This role is a project hire with an end date of 9/26/2026
Job Summary:
This position supports D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event team with assigned projects, project coordination, planning and logistics support during the production process and event operation phase for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
+ Coordination for assigned tasks, event planning & logistics, project tracking, and other general administrative support functions
+ Support communication with key partners, vendors, exhibitors, and project team members.
+ Assist in the development of presentation materials, production documentation, and reports.
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Meeting Planning, Marketing, Business, Theater, or Communications or equivalent experience
+ Prior Disney experience and/or knowledge of the Disney brand
+ 1-2+ years of project coordination, event production, or equivalent experience
+ Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
+ Familiarity and / or strong use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and presentation applications like Keynote and PowerPoint
+ Strong organization skills
The hiring range for this position in California is $59,600.00 - $79,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
