Restoration Technician

Job Description

As a Restoration Technician, you will be an integral part of a team that responds to emergency situations involving water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Your role will involve helping to restore residential and commercial properties to their pre-loss conditions using industry-standard techniques and equipment. This hands-on position requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

+ Respond to emergency restoration calls including water, fire, mold, and storm damage.

+ Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filters.

+ Perform demolition, cleaning, and drying of affected areas.

+ Document job progress and communicate with team leads and customers.

+ Assist with inventory and maintenance of restoration equipment.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site.

+ Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Essential Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ IICRC certifications (Water Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician) are a plus but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
