Superintendent – Commercial Construction
**Location:** Denver metro area, Colorado Springs and Mead, CO.
**Salary:** $110,000 – $130,000 (DOE)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with General Contractor experience across all phases of commercial construction. This role will oversee projects from civil work to finishes and remodels, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage all scopes of work: civil, curbs, utilities, finishes, and remodels
+ Supervise carpenters, foremen, and subcontractors on school and multifamily projects
+ Assist with layout and scheduling; build and maintain project schedules
+ Oversee multiple trades and ensure compliance with safety standards
+ Collaborate with foremen on toolbox talks and daily operations
+ Open and close job sites; expect 50–60 hour work weeks
Required Skills & Experience
+ 5–10 years as a Superintendent (preferably promoted from the trades)
+ Proven ability to manage every scope in commercial construction
+ Proficient in Bluebeam and project layout
+ Ability to schedule projects independently; Microsoft Project experience is a major plus
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ Certification from CITC or union apprenticeship, or a degree in Construction Management
+ OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred, not required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $62.50/hr.
