Job Title: Welder

**Pay:** $22.50 - $25.50 an hour

**Shifts Available:** 1st & 3rd Shift

**Location:** Shelbyville, KY

Job Description:

Join a fast-growing company supporting major distribution centers. As a Welder, you’ll perform MIG repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders, helping maintain production flow and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform MIG welding repairs on production parts.

+ Set up and adjust jigs and fixtures for efficient workflow.

+ Operate welding equipment to meet production goals.

+ Use measuring tools to verify quality.

+ Maintain clean workstations and accurate production records.

+ Follow verbal and written instructions for equipment and tasks.

+ Carry out fixture setups, buffing, spot welding, and special welding operations.

+ Assist with loading jigs, packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts.

Essential Skills:

+ Proficient in MIG welding with ability to pass a weld test.

+ Minimum 1+ years of welding experience in manufacturing or farming.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Experience with **machine loading** is a plus.

+ Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
