    Marketing Manager – Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet

    Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet is Dubuque’s fastest-growing discount home improvement warehouse — offering appliances, furniture, flooring, vanities, tools, and more at unbeatable prices. We’re preparing for our **Grand Opening in January 2026** and need a **hands-on Marketing Manager** who can take full ownership of everything marketing — from Facebook to billboards, video editing to posting — and help drive brand growth and community excitement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, design, and execute all marketing campaigns for the store

    • Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

    • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns with precise audience targeting

    • Film, edit, and post daily content: Reels, stories, product videos, and ads

    • Design flyers, banners, starbursts, signs, and billboards

    • Coordinate billboard and radio advertising with local vendors (like Lamar)

    • Update Shopify homepage banners and online promotions

    • Capture and share customer testimonials, community projects, and new arrivals

    • Track engagement, reach, and campaign results

    • Work directly with ownership to align marketing with sales goals

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of marketing or content creation experience (retail preferred)

    • Strong skills in social media targeting, video editing, and graphic design

    • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools

    • Proven ability to take campaigns from concept to launch independently

    • Excellent writing, creativity, and organization

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment

    Bonus Skills:

    • Shopify or e-commerce experience

    • Local SEO, Google Ads, or YouTube campaign management

    • Event planning or community outreach background
