This pivotal role directly impacts our bottom line, requiring a sharp negotiator to manage complex agreements from initial proposal through final execution, ensuring alignment with our financial objectives and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do...

+ Lead all phases of contract negotiation with PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) and Health Plans to maximize profitability and compliance.

+ Analyze complex contract language, market data, and financial models to identify risks, opportunities, and viable negotiation strategies.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contract terms are executable and align with internal policies.

+ Monitor existing contract performance metrics to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and proactively manage renegotiations or amendments as needed.

What you’ll bring:

+ 3+ years of direct experience in contract negotiation within the PBM, pharmaceutical, or managed care environment.

+ Deep understanding of the pharmacy supply chain, reimbursement models, and standard industry legal frameworks.

+ Proven ability to interpret complex financial data, model potential outcomes, and present clear, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.

+ Exceptional attention to detail and experience navigating complex regulatory requirements specific to US pharmacy operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
