Overview
As the Executive Producer, you will lead and oversee all aspects of production within a dynamic, fast-paced in-house studio embedded within our client’s organization in the Houston, Texas area. You will manage project intake, lead a multidisciplinary team of producers and production professionals, and ensure the seamless execution of a diverse slate of creative deliverables spanning broadcast, simulcast, pre-recorded, studio and location-based productions, live events, digital, and social content.
Operating as a senior leader within the client’s ecosystem, you will serve as the primary production liaison — connecting creative vision to execution across multiple business units and stakeholder groups, including direct engagement with C-suite leadership. This role demands strategic oversight, calm under pressure, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of end-to-end production in both agency and in-house environments.
You will be instrumental in defining and maintaining the studio’s standards of excellence — balancing innovation with precision, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-impact, high-quality content that reflects both the client’s and agency’s creative ambitions. As a leader, you will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative ingenuity, empowering your team to deliver exceptional work while maintaining operational discipline and client trust.
Responsibilities
1. **Producing & Production Management**
2. Organizing and prioritizing resources, timelines and details for all aspects of production.
3. Balance multiple projects with short and competing deadlines.
4. Leading meetings and interfacing leaders as required during the intake and production process process—from the planning and briefing stages through delivery.
5. Establish and enforce process with team to ensure organization is impeccable.
6. Establish and update process as needed to organize and maintain assets for agency and within a pre-existing storage/archive infrastructure for client.
7. QA and check that all deliveries are correct, licensed and approved by all appropriate parties.
8. Continuously evaluate and enhance current productions, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and output.
9. Find efficiencies across all production areas, driving measurable performance improvements.
1. **Hands on Production**
2. **Lead large-scale initiatives** and oversee complex, multi-platform productions from concept through final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and operational precision.
3. **Event & Experiential Production:** Produce live / experiential events with a deep understanding of logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution, leveraging established freelance and partner networks.
4. **Broadcast Production:** Demonstrate expertise in televised broadcast workflows, including studio integration, technical coordination, and real-time production management.
5. **Studio Production:** Produce high-quality, studio-based interviews and set-ups — both live and pre-recorded — ensuring seamless execution and on-brand presentation.
6. **Short-Form & Digital Content:** Manage the development and delivery of short-form and digital video content, overseeing post-production, compliance, and licensing processes to maintain creative and legal integrity.
7. **On-Location Production:** Execute shoots with nimble crews on location, balancing agility with meticulous creative oversight to deliver polished, high-quality results.
8. **Social Content Production:** Guide the creation of social-first content optimized for each platform, aligning creative approach and output with audience engagement and brand strategy.
1. **AI and Technology Integration:**
2. Leverage AI and other emerging technologies to optimize studio workflows and production processes.
3. Stay updated on technology trends and lead initiatives to test and implement new tools and platforms.
4. Ensure approval for all tools the team is using and follow Publicis Groupe’s best practices.
5. Understanding of tools such as OpenAI, Runway, ElevenLabs, and Veo3 and how they integrate with traditional production workflows.

3. Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of studio services with broader company projects.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all aspects of requested production, balancing multiple projects while maintaining a firm handle on all aspects of them.
Qualifications
+ 10+ years of production experience
+ Well versed in executing 360 campaigns (Out of Home, Stills & Video, Radio & TV & Social)
+ Deep understanding of internal event productions
+ Expertise in running in-house studios for pre-recorded and live broadcasts.
+ Interest in and aptitude for producing creative and marketing solutions
+ Knowledge of motion & still image production
+ Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously; reacts quickly, logically and astutely to setbacks or changes to projects
+ Great communicator with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
+ Connected with multiple production companies/vendors.
+ Capable managing any type of content production capture (stills, motion, digital).
+ Knowledge of post production programs and workflows (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Cinema 4D).
+ Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
+ Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines.
+ Maintains composure and clear judgment in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.

Compensation Range: $127,585 - $183,330 per/year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
