**Pay Rate** : $19 per hour

**Location** : Brighton, MI

**Schedule** : 2:30PM-10:30PM, Mon-Fri, Saturday as required

**Employment Type** : 3-month contract

What’s a typical day as a **General Utility Associate** ? You will:

+ Responsible for setting up molds

+ Read and understand a job traveler

+ Read specifications carefully

+ Know what film to use for specific molds

+ Change film rolls as needed

+ Adjust foam amount and understand how much foam is needed to fill a mold

+ Assist in change-over

+ Adjust the amount of foam that shoots depending on the part

+ Check for properly made cushions

+ Perform housekeeping duties, including the removal and replacement of scrap

+ Keep foam guns clean and clear of blockage

+ Keep track of waste

+ Identify any problems relating to products

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

+ High School Diploma or GED preferred

+ 2 years of machine operation experience
