    NTT DATA is currently seeking an Clinical Transformation Coordinator (Clinical Analyst) to join our U.S. remote team.

    Summary:

    This entry-level Clinical Transformation Coordinator will support the Planning and Engagement Director in documenting Clinical Transformation Use Cases and translating them into actionable data delivery components. The role involves close collaboration with the Data Product team to align use case requirements with product development, and with the Program Manager to maintain timeline visibility across the Clinical Transformation portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Document Clinical Transformation Use Cases and break them down into data delivery workstream components.

    • Collaborate with the Data Product team to map components to existing or planned data products.

    • Work with the Program Manager to ensure alignment of timelines and deliverables across projects.

    • Maintain clear and accurate documentation using established templates.

    • Participate in meetings to absorb verbal requirements and translate them into written specifications.

    • Support visibility and coordination across multiple Clinical Transformation projects.

    • Perform other duties as assigned to support project delivery.

    Required Qualifications:

    • RN license required (minimum Associate's degree in Nursing).

    • 3+ years of clinical experience in ambulatory and acute care workflows.

    • 2+ years of proficient experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and clinical data usage.

    • 3+ years of experience navigating and interpreting EMR systems.

    • 2+ years of proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Clinical Informatics.

    • Familiarity with Clinical Quality Reporting and related measures.

    • Experience working on clinical transformation or healthcare technology projects.

    • Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Health Information Management, or a related field

    • Demonstrated ability to document use cases and translate verbal requirements into written deliverables.

    • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $42.00 - $44.00/hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
