+ Be a Great Teammate: Work safely and collaboratively, participate in team training, and contribute to daily preventative maintenance to keep our shop running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) lathes.
+ You can confidently read and interpret complex blueprints.
+ You are proficient with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools-you have a keen eye for detail.
+ Mechanical Aptitude: You're naturally good with tools and understanding how machines work.
+ Team Player: You have a great attitude, a reliable work ethic (attendance is key!), and you're always willing to learn.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and can lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
+ A background in G-code programming is a huge plus!
+ Familiarity with CAM software (like SmartCam).
+ Experience with sub-spindle pickoff and bar feeders.
+ Turret Ops: Knowledge of wait codes for 2-turret operations (though we are willing to train the right person on this!).
Join us and be a part of a team that values your contributions and supports your goals!
