Job Description
This individual contributor role will collaborate with the regional GIS team on strategic projects in support of regional objectives, reporting to the region leader. The selected candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience scoping and executing complex projects independently from start to finish.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Conducting consultative project scoping calls, identifying needs and resources, creating detailed project implementation plans, maintaining accountability for project workstream, and presenting project findings to senior leadership
Coordinating regional client and/or employee events, meetings (scheduling, agendas, supporting materials), offsites, and updates
Aggregating large data sets and conducting data analysis to identify quantitative themes and trends
Maintaining organizational charts, employee lists, distribution lists, and regional headcount allocation
Conducting market intelligence research and synthesizing trend
Compiling and updating client lists, feedback requests, client
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
- Two or more years of managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $139,230.00 - $163,800.00
