    Our client, **in McCook NE** , a leader in the **manufacturing industry** , is seeking a **Materials Handler/Forklift Op** to join their team. As **Materials Handler/Forklift Op** , you will be part of the **Production Department** , supporting **Mixing Operations** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **strong communication skills** , and **a commitment to safety** , which will align successfully with the organization.

     

    Job Title: Material Handler/Forklift Op

     

    Pay Range: $20.58/hr with Shift Deferential of $1.25/hr

     

    What's the job?

     

    + Accurately weigh ingredients for gram bags according to recipes to supply mixers.

    + **Operate bulk unloading systems to transfer blacks, clays, and oils into storage.**

    + **Manage inventory of raw materials and order supplies as needed.**

    + Sample and identify raw materials to confirm quality standards.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following 5S+ safety guidelines.

    + **Forklift operations**

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma or GED (preferred).

    + **Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).**

    + **Forklift operations experience**

    + Good math, reading, and writing skills.

    + Ability to operate material handling equipment and work in varying temperatures.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.
