Job Title:
Administrative Assistant – Recruiting Support
Location:
Chambersburg, PA
Pay Range:
$25/hour
Duration:
2–3 weeks (Immediate start once compliance clears)
What’s the Job?
+ Assist with scheduling and managing I-9 appointments.
+ Ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time.
+ Maintain candidate records and update tracking systems.
+ Communicate with candidates regarding appointment details and required documents.
+ Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team and work independently onsite while staying connected virtually via Microsoft Teams.
What’s Needed?
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
+ Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Bullhorn experience preferred.
+ Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
