    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Lead Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Work with the Production Manager to maintain efficient production operations ensuring high-quality output.

    + Oversee the maintenance of all company assets, creating and managing preventive maintenance schedules.

    + Train and develop a skilled maintenance team, assigning tasks based on individual competencies and company needs.

    + Coordinate troubleshooting and repairs for equipment across all shifts, including off-hours support when necessary.

    + Collaborate with safety officers to ensure facilities meet OSHA standards and maintain safety compliance records.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or G.E.D. with at least four years of experience in skilled trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, or related fields.

    + Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    + Knowledge of maintenance scheduling, safety protocols, and building codes.

    + Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders effectively.

    + Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team.
