Our client, a leading organization in the marketing and technology industry, is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager (CLT) to join their dynamic team. As a CRM Marketing Manager (CLT), you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting strategic initiatives and innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
What's the Job?
+ Lead process design, optimization, and solutioning of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to enhance marketing effectiveness.
+ Manage email marketing production for complex campaigns, including personalization, dynamic content, SQL, automation, and journey mapping.
+ Build and nurture strategic relationships with marketing campaign managers and leaders to align execution plans with strategic priorities.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define key campaign parameters and creative approaches for email production.
+ Lead cross-functional projects to develop systems, processes, and best practices aimed at improving email marketing production efficiency.
What's Needed?
+ 5+ years of marketing production experience, demonstrating proficiency through work, training, or education.
+ Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer, with the ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
+ Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and analytics tools.
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
+ Strong ability to apply email marketing insights and collaborate effectively with campaign managers and cross-functional teams.
