    Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Technician to join their team. As a Payroll Technician, you will be an integral part of the payroll department supporting the finance and HR teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Payroll Technician

    **Location:** Desert Hot Springs, CA

    **Pay Range:** $25-35.00

     

    Shift: AM Shift Mon - Fri

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Processing payroll for employees accurately and efficiently

    + Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations

    + Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits

    + Reconciling payroll accounts and preparing reports

    + Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely payroll processing

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous experience in payroll processing or related field

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills

    + Knowledge of payroll software and MS Office applications
