What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to guests and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and assisting with visitor management procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with Allied Universal and location management as needed.

+ Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and management to address inquiries and resolve issues related to security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
