    Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine and repetitive work while maintaining a high standard of quality and quantity

    + Setup and operate a variety of equipment needed to assemble components to produce finished products

    + Setup and operate vibraseal equipment and make simple adjustments to maintain quality specifications

    + Remove machine burrs from parts using hand deburring tools

    + Use bench type power and hand tools, ultrasonic welding equipment, simple testing devices and quality gauges

    + Package finished parts using established manual methods and/or packaging machines

    + Complete and maintain applicable documentation

    + Recognize defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship, etc. with or without the use of visual aids

    + Notify Quality of any out of spec parts

    + Complete job duties through the use of standardized work

    + Train, instruct and assist trainees throughout the training period

    + Complete all daily 5S duties

    + Perform these and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    + All team members are expected to keep their work area clean, organized and maintain a high level of safety and quality

    + Ability to communicate effectively with other team members, including between shifts

    + Ability to proceed on work assignments with minimum supervision or assistance

    + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

    + Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    + Ability to work within High Performance Team (HPT) guidelines

    + Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including spelling, grammar and composition

    + Requires basic computer skills

    + Ability to read and interpret required paperwork with high degree of accuracy

    Education and Experience:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time

    + Must be able to bend and twist frequently, squat occasionally

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently and up to 55 lbs. rarely
