Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Mailroom Specialist** to manage mail operations and inter-building deliveries. This role involves handling USPS mail, driving a box truck for deliveries, and supporting shipping and receiving functions. If you have experience in mail, shipping, or warehouse operations and enjoy a physically active role, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle USPS mail operations, including metering, sorting, and delivering.

+ Drive a box truck (U-Haul size) between buildings and to the post office.

+ Manage shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and accurately.

+ Ensure timely delivery of packages and mail across multiple locations.

+ Maintain compliance with safety and security protocols during transport and handling.

Requirements:

+ Must pass a driving background check (DOT certification **not required** ).

+ Previous experience in mailroom, shipping, or warehouse operations.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including walking and standing for extended periods.

+ Comfortable working in varying weather conditions when walking between buildings.

Preferred Skills:

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
