    Job Title: Data Analyst

    Job Description

    Looking for a Data Analyst to join our team.

     

    + Build and maintain data models and dashboards to track KPIs, cost trends, and operational performance.

    + Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to ensure data integrity and enhance reporting capabilities.

    + Perform inventory analysis, including valuation, reconciliation, and forecasting.

    + Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights and scenario modeling.

    + Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions across departments.

    + Automate and streamline reporting processes using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.

    + Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership.

    Work Environment

    This is a first-shift position, fully onsite, with a flexible 40-hour work week. The facility operates from 6 AM to 5 PM, with work shifts starting at 6, 7, or 8 AM.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
