    We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to oversee all stages of architectural projects from inception to completion. This role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all project stages from start to finish.

    + Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

    + Manage the project budget and schedule.

    + Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.

    + Oversee and guide internal team members.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit and architectural design.

    + Strong project management skills.

    + Experience in construction documentation and administration.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Degree in Architecture.

    + Architectural license preferred.

    + 10+ years of experience in the architecture field.

    + Experience with single-family residential projects.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This role offers a flexible work environment with the opportunity to work onsite in Providence, RI, 3-4 days a week, and the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $53.00/hr.
