+ **Shift/Hours:** 1st Shift, Onsite
+ Mon – Fri 7/8:00 am – 4/5:00pm
The Parts & Accessories Operations Analyst supports the Senior Manager, Parts Operations in managing and executing the Parts and Accessory Sales plan for our client in the U.S. This role contributes directly to achieving revenue, profitability, and sales growth objectives by operationalizing key sales programs, supporting accessory development initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving process efficiency. The Analyst will also manage reporting, budgeting, project support, and operational tasks tied to national parts and accessory initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Program Support
+ Support the execution of Parts and Accessory Sales plans to achieve national sales and revenue objectives.
+ Manage accessory sales operations, including Dealer Install Options (DIO), accessory promotions, and sales initiatives.
+ Coordinate with Regions, dealers, MOBIS, and third-party accessory suppliers to maximize accessory sales performance.
+ Support parts sales/wholesale growth through operational activities and tactical sales program support.
Accessory Sales Operations
+ Develop and track monthly accessory **auto-ship kits** for GMA Field Teams to present to retailers.
+ Consolidate Field submissions and coordinate accurate and timely order placement.
+ Assist in accessory development planning and ensure smooth operationalization of new accessory programs.
Reporting & Analytics
+ Develop, maintain, and distribute timely and accurate parts sales and program performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
+ Create dashboards, models, and analyses to track key performance metrics and identify trends or opportunities.
+ Provide actionable insights to National and Regional leadership based on sales data and program results.
Program & Process Management
+ Publish regular program performance reporting and analyses for national and regional stakeholders.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for questions from National and Regional teams, retailers, and vendors regarding program processes.
+ Facilitate vendor invoice processing and ensure timely approvals and payments.
+ Track budget utilization for the department and individual programs; submit monthly accruals and reconcile ongoing spend.
+ Support cross-functional project management activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• **5+ years of automotive OEM experience** , preferably with exposure to parts or accessories.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented background.
• Proficiency in **SAP** , **Excel** , and data modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining close collaboration with headquarters staff.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate professionally in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments.
• Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Preferred
• Experience in forecasting and regression analysis.
• Project management experience.
• Budget management experience.

• Ability to translate data into insights and communicate findings clearly.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal and external partners.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
