    Facility Hours

     

    _Shifts are scheduled within these hours based on operational needs._

     

    **Monday:** 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

    **Tuesday–Thursday:** 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    **Friday:** 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    **Saturday:** 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Sunday:** 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    + Collect vitals and patient intake information with accuracy

    + Complete required documentation and forms thoroughly

    Qualifications

    + Active **Wisconsin** LPN license

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills
