What You’ll Do:

* Lead the design and engineering of bridges, retaining walls, and other transportation structures.

* Apply advanced engineering principles with minimal oversight on complex projects.

* Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.

* Manage structural tasks for the production of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E).

* Support project cost estimating, contract negotiations, and quality assurance.

* Engage in business development, client presentations, and proposal preparation.

* Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

* Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Oklahoma

* Strong knowledge of applicable design codes, guidelines, and bridge standards

* Experience with bridge project development and structural design

* Proficiency in organizing and managing electronic project files and directories
