**Location:** Big Lake, MN

Shift:

1st Shift | Tuesday–Friday | 6:00am - 4:30pm

2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:00pm - 2:30am

Pay:** **$24/hour

•** **About the Role:

As a **General Production Worker** , you’ll be a key part of our production team, operating rubber injection molding machines to create high-quality products. You’ll load molds, dip them into rubber, trim excess material, and perform quality checks to ensure every piece meets our standards.

This is a **repetitive, physical role** that requires comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active throughout the day. If you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that gets things done—this is the job for you.

•️** **What You’ll Do:

+ Operate rubber injection molding machines

+ Load and unload molds and parts

+ Trim excess rubber and inspect finished products

+ Repeat the process for each mold with precision and consistency

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area

•** **What We’re Looking For:

+ 6+ months of manufacturing or general labor experience

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Big Lake, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
