+ Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve quality issues by collaborating with production staff and identifying root causes. Recommend corrective and preventive actions.

+ Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting process adjustments to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

+ Calibration: Ensure calibrated and properly maintained testing and inspection equipment is used for quality functions.

+ Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and supervisors to maintain quality standards throughout the production cycle.

    Essential Skills

+ Knowledge of quality control processes and techniques.

+ Familiarity with inspection tools (e.g., dimension, torque) and testing equipment.

+ Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret manufacturing documents, wiring diagrams, component literature, engineering drawings, and testing procedures.

+ High level of accuracy in inspection and testing procedures.

+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues effectively.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly report findings and collaborate with teams.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is a bonus.
