Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for filling daily prescription orders, including punch cards, bulk items, over-the-counter medications, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks. You will manage and restock the medication inventory, print daily orders for the pharmacy, and prepare labels and delivery sheets.

Responsibilities

+ Fill daily prescription orders: punch cards, bulk items, OTCs, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks.

+ Stock and restock medication inventory.

+ Print daily pharmacy orders, labels, and delivery sheets.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in pharmacy operations.

+ Knowledge of retail pharmacy procedures.

+ Proficiency in picking, packing, and fulfillment processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Walgreens or CVS is beneficial.

+ Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required.

Work Environment

Work in a closed-door environment with a large inventory. Shifts are 6:30am - 3:00pm, 10:30am - 7:00pm, and 2:30pm - 11:00pm. Candidates can express a preference for the first shift, but must be flexible to work all shifts as needed, typically picking up an off-shift 1-2 times a week. Work one weekend a month, with shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm or 10:30am-7:00pm. If unable to work weekends, night shifts are full-time.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
