The Role at a glance:
We are seeking a polished, discreet, and service-oriented Lead Catering Attendant to support the executive floor, including direct service to the CEO and senior leadership. This role ensures seamless hospitality, food and beverage service, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Compensation Range
Pay Rate: $28-$35 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule:
+ Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend support for special events
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide white-glove service for the CEO and executive team, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages.
+ Set up, maintain, and break down executive dining areas, pantries, and meeting rooms.
+ Ensure presentation and cleanliness of all food service areas, including replenishment and sanitation.
+ Coordinate with culinary and catering teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of meals and refreshments.
+ Maintain inventory of premium snacks, beverages, and supplies, ensuring availability and freshness.
+ Handle special requests with discretion and efficiency, including dietary preferences and VIP guest service.
+ Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times, especially in high-level meetings and interactions.
+ Assist with event setup for executive meetings, board gatherings, and private functions.
+ Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications:
+ Prior experience in executive hospitality, fine dining, or corporate catering preferred.
+ Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively.
+ Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
+ Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols.
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions.
Preferred Experience:
Background in luxury hospitality, private service, or concierge environments.
