Internship- Global Customer Success

As an intern, you will collaborate with supply chain professionals who manage thousands of global shipments for Fortune 500 companies using our proprietary Transportation System (TMS). You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team that drives customer growth, retention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to key areas of Customer Success, including:
+ Relationship management
+ P&L ownership
+ Contract renewals and upselling
+ Technology solutions, with a focus on AI
+ Capacity services across North America Surface Transportation (NAST) and Global Forwarding (GF)
You’ll also use Advanced Analytics to uncover savings opportunities, optimize performance, and improve customer outcomes. As you build vertical expertise, you’ll deepen your understanding of industry-specific challenges and strategies.

As an intern, you’ll help some of the world’s most prominent companies move their products across the globe, making a real impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
We believe in the power of in-person collaboration to spark innovation and drive results. You’ll work on-site with peers four days a week, with remote flexibility on Fridays, striking the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with account team and broader functions supporting our customers to solve problems
• Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze data and uncover continuous improvement and savings opportunities
• Apply industry and market trends to customer strategy and business reviews
• Manage projects, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely execution
• Present insights and recommendations to all stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Excellent relationship building skills and a collaborative mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Knowledgeable on reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
• Undergraduate rising Senior pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Demonstrated leadership and involvement in campus or community organizations
• Curiosity about global supply chains and emerging technologies

Compensation Range
$15 - $30 per hour
The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
