Job Title: Quality Technician
Works with production personnel to ensure that quality procedures are followed.
Follows up to ensure that quality problems are dealt with in a timely manner.
Conducts random inspections of finished product.
Follows up on customer complaints to determine root cause and corrective action.
Maintains required quality inspection records for product certification.
Assists in training new employees regarding quality requirements.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Ability to work well with others departmental lines.
Ability to use calipers, mics etc. and interpret blueprints
Strong problem-solving skills
2+ years' experience in a quality inspection role.
Good communications skills.
Must be computer literate.
Ability to work 12-hour shift (days or nights)
Requires occasional lifting of up to 30 Lbs.
Standing and walking for up to 12 hours

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dickson, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
