Job Title: Industrial Facilities Maintenance Tech III

Maintain, install, and repair facility and automation equipment within the Fulfillment Center (DFC), handling complex work assignments independently and overseeing junior technicians' complex tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance/repairs on powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems, adhering to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

+ Diagnose and perform repairs/preventive maintenance on building equipment such as air compressors, heating/ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.

+ Inspect the work performed by others on the Maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly, reprioritizing or redirecting efforts as necessary.

+ Communicate regularly with the Facilities Manager and Operations leaders/team members regarding the status of repair work and any impact on operations.

+ Ensure shift handoffs are clear and facilitate a smooth transition of work to be completed by the next shift as necessary.

+ Lead or perform project work to support warehouse daily operations as assigned, including leading projects and coordinating the work of others.

+ Coordinate repairs and maintenance with third-party vendors.

+ Train maintenance team members as needed.

Work Environment

You will be working in a climate-controlled environment with a schedule from 1 pm to 11 pm, Wednesday to Saturday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
