Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Description

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for efficiently managing delegated tasks and handling finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction. This hands-on role involves the proper receipt of materials, inventory handling, storage, and shipment of products to end customers, all while adhering to legal and safety compliance procedures. Working closely with the Warehouse Team Leader, the Warehouse Operator will also focus on improving packaging and shipment specifications. Additional duties and activities may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Receive and properly store materials.

+ Handle inventory with care and accuracy.

+ Prepare and ship products to end customers.

+ Ensure compliance with all legal and safety procedures.

+ Collaborate with the Warehouse Team Leader to enhance packaging and shipment processes.

+ Perform additional tasks as directed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience as a Machine Operator.

+ Proficiency in Manufacturing and Production processes.

+ Experience handling Plastics.

+ Skill as a Forklift Operator.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum of 6 months experience in Manufacturing or Production.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
