    Job Title: CNC Brake Press Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Brake Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating and setting up CNC press brakes independently. This role involves operating an CNC Machine Brake Press and contributing to the organization and efficiency of the plate shop.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate the CNC press brake efficiently and independently.

    + Organize the plate shop and assist in other areas when needed.

    + Use overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials around the shop.

    + Perform tasks in various areas of the shop to ensure overall efficiency and meet demand.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with CNC, press brake, and brake press machines.

    + Ability to read blueprints and operate laser machinery.

    + Competence in using overhead cranes and forklifts.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience as a Press Operator.

    + Experience as a Machine Programmer.

    Work Environment

     

    Work on the 1st shift from 5am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for a 4-day work week from 5am to 3:30pm. Collaborate with a close-knit team in a smaller shop setting

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mackinaw, IL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
