Job Description

Join our team as a Production Operator, where your primary responsibility will involve soldering the strings in our solar cells. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent fine motor skills, and the ability to remain in one position for extended periods.

Responsibilities

+ Solder strings in solar cells with precision and accuracy.

+ Maintain high attention to detail throughout the production process.

+ Operate machinery and equipment efficiently as part of the production line.

+ Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in production and assembly tasks.

+ Experience with machine operation and general labor.

+ Ability to operate forklifts and manage packaging processes.

Shift :

+ Monday - Thursday : 6am - 4:30pm

+ Monday - Thursday : 6:30pm - 5:30am

+ Thursday - Sunday : 6am - 4:30pm

+ Thursday - Sunday : 6:30pm - 5:30am

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong fine motor skills.

+ Ability to work in a stationary position for extended periods.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
