Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with mid to high-level experience, particularly in packaging and filler maintenance. The role involves performing both corrective and preventive maintenance on assembly lines across multiple buildings.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct safe and efficient maintenance operations on high-speed packaging equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, blenders, pumps, and mixers.

+ Perform scheduled maintenance repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

+ Assist in improving maintenance procedures and actively participate in production support.

+ Properly document maintenance activities and take a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical repair

+ Electrical troubleshooting

+ Pneumatic and hydraulic repair

+ Familiarity with 480v 3-phase motors

+ PLC knowledge

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2-5 years of maintenance experience

+ Mechanical/Technical degree preferred

+ Electromechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair

+ Excellent reading, math, and communication skills

+ Ability to understand work orders and processes

+ Experience with packaging machinery and components

This is a Permanent position based out of SOMERVILLE, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
