Job Description
We are looking for an **Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst** to support the OCM and Communications Leads in the rollout of a new application. This role is crucial in assisting with the creation of documentation, user guides, and other communication materials to facilitate a smooth transition for users. This position will be **full-time** **contract** and **hybrid** in **Trenton, NJ.**
What You’ll Do
+ Assist in creating comprehensive documentation, user guides, FAQs, and other materials to support the new application
+ Manage communication channels, ensuring that all content is accurate, user-friendly, and readily available to stakeholders
+ Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for documentation and communication materials
+ Ensure clear and effective communication with users regarding changes and updates related to the new application
+ Gather and analyze feedback from users to continuously improve communication materials and support processes
+ Work closely with the OCM Lead, Communications Lead, and other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in all communication efforts
+ Assist in developing and delivering training programs and workshops to prepare users for the new application
+ Provide general support to the OCM team in executing change management activities and tracking progress
What You'll Need
Required:
+ 2+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, communications, or a related field
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
+ Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
+ Proficiency in managing communication channels and content
+ Familiarity with Salesforce-based applications is a plus
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred:
+ Prior experience in the education sector or government projects
+ Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
