Job Description
We are looking for a **Systems Analyst II** to analyze tolling systems and ensure they are operating at peak efficiency. This position will be **full-time contract** and **onsite** .
What You’ll Do
+ Analyze tolling systems to ensure optimal performance
+ Perform daily/weekly monitoring and analysis of lane performance reports and dashboards
+ Conduct hyper care monitoring of new and upgraded lanes
+ Perform basic fault isolation for lane/plaza issues
+ Receive training and perform advanced fault isolation for lane/plaza issues
+ Receive training and provide third-level support for key roadside servers, databases, and software
+ Investigate and analyze anomalies reported by Operations, Finance, and Maintenance
+ Support the setup of new lane system installations and/or upgrades
+ Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SunWatch when monitoring is transferred to their team
What You'll Need
Required:
+ BA or BS Degree (Military technical training or appropriate work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
+ Technical Certificate (e.g., A Plus) or equivalent technical training/experience in network, security, or server management
+ Knowledge of toll lane theory of operations
+ Experience in toll lane troubleshooting
+ Familiarity with Linux command usage and server support
+ Basic knowledge of SQL query writing
+ Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
+ Knowledge of Excel macros and Visual Basic
+ Experience with Excel Pivot Tables
+ Ability to use network and system management tools (e.g., CA Unicenter, Orion)
Preferred:
+ Advanced troubleshooting experience in toll lane systems.
+ Knowledge of roadside server/database/software management.
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
