Job Title: Indirect Procurement ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Site Procurement Manager in a temporary contract role to support the procurement function at our manufacturing site. This role is pivotal in embedding procurement best practices, optimizing source-to-pay processes, and aligning site-level activities with regional and global procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating a matrixed organization to ensure cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery.

Responsibilities

+ Embed procurement best practices within the organization.

+ Optimize source-to-pay processes for efficiency.

+ Align site-level activities with regional and global procurement strategies.

+ Navigate a matrixed organization to ensure cross-functional alignment.

+ Engage with stakeholders to deliver value and meet procurement goals.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

+ Proven success in a matrixed organization balancing site and corporate priorities.

+ Strong analytical skills.

+ Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.

+ MBA or relevant certification preferred.

Work Environment

The role offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pasadena, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
