• Accounting Project Manager

    Aston Carter (Plano, TX)


     

    Employment Type: Full-Time

     

    Reports To: Lead Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support operational projects focused on improving efficiencies in people and processes.

    + Assist in creating project plans, setting meetings, and managing schedules.

    + Develop and monitor budgets using Excel and prepare presentations in PowerPoint.

    + Act as a liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors/consulting partners.

    + Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.

    REQUIRED Qualifications

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

    + Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analysis within a corporate HQ environment, preferably in shared services for Accounting and Finance.

    + Prior experience working with Big 4 or other consulting firms.

    + Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
