    About the Role

    We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide front-line technology support for our organization. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and conference room technology. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.

    + Gather and analyze information to determine the best resolution for technical issues.

    + Provide basic troubleshooting and support, including:

    + Password resets

    + Printer configurations

    + Break/fix instructions

    + Website content updates

    + Create user accounts and configure hardware during onboarding.

    + Support audio/video equipment in conference rooms.

    + Handle more complex issues using documented configuration solutions.

    + Document all support interactions in the tracking system.

    + Escalate unresolved issues as appropriate and communicate trends to management.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $24.00/hr.
