Position: Content Developer III

Duration: 6-month contract with ability to extend

Workplace: Hybrid (in-office for team meetings every other Tuesday)

Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Content Developer to manage and execute digital communications strategies across web, social media, and email channels. This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven organization and own a growing program.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor social media channels for relevant mentions and engagement

+ Maintain editorial calendars for web, social media, and targeted email campaigns

+ Write and publish content across multiple platforms (website, intranet, social media, email)

+ Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

+ Support HR in employer branding and business lines in marketing initiatives

+ Provide technical advice and guidance on digital communication strategies

+ Develop reports with quantitative and qualitative insights on campaign effectiveness

Qualifications:

+ Expertise in social media management and analytics

+ Experience with email marketing and tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva

+ Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor

+ Knowledge of Hootsuite and strong understanding of digital best practices

Associates Degree or higher is required

This is a Contract position based out of Greenwood Village, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
