    Description

    The Project Coordinator assists in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of various projects. This person will assist in monitoring the activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, budget and customer expectation parameters. The incumbent is expected to exercise judgment and discretion in assisting with project management techniques, process controls and procedures in order to execute the work required. This position requires critical thinking in order to recognize issues and identify appropriate solutions. The Project Coordinator will assist in planning and executing work for multiple assignments and overlapping schedules.

    Essential Functions:

    • Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.

    • Track project deliverables and ensure schedule adherence for the respective tasks.

    • Become the liaison between the customer and the team in regards to assigned projects.

    • Assist in the coordination of teams to and project assignments

    • Schedule project follow up meetings as needed.

    • Develop supporting data in the form of text, tables, charts and spreadsheets for use in technical reports.

    • Manage raw data files and make accessible for others.

    • Report items to management and team members.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
