    MICU Shift - Open Rank-Instructor, Sr. Instructor, Assistant, Associate, Professor - 38290 Faculty

     

    The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine is looking for board certified or board eligible Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians who will perform clinical services (pulmonary or critical care) on an as-needed basis, fee-for-services on the Medical ICU night shift. :

     

    + Staff the Medical Intensive Care Unit and/or Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit.

    + Ordering and interpreting tests and evaluations for patient management

    + Collaborating with consulting services on patient management

    + Perform invasive procedures with appropriate credentials

    + Provide cross-coverage for other service lines within the Division as needed

    + Support the educational mission of the division

    + Other duties assigned by the Lead Advanced Practice Provider and/or the Associate Chair for Clinical AffairsPlease note: this position is not eligible for benefits.

     

    - this role is expected to work onsite on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.

We continue to enhance all aspects of our division and training program, and as a result, we have seen tremendous and sustained growth. The clinical practice sites have built new hospitals, and there are multiple new research buildings across the campuses.     + Pulmonary Medicine, Intensive Care, or Subspecialty background
