    Job Title: Data Entry Operator

    Contract Duration: 6 months

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (30-minute meal break)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to support with managing resident records. The primary responsibility is to scan and enter medical, residential, activity, ancillary documentation, and demographic/profile information into the Client Data Management System (CDMS).

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist Health Information Management (H.I.M.) staff with transferring paper records into CDMS.

    + Ensure accurate and efficient data entry of residents’ files, reports, and charts.

    + Perform self-monitoring checks to identify and correct data entry errors.

    + Maintain compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.

    + Handle sensitive resident information with confidentiality and care.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Advanced organizational and time management abilities.

    + Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative processes.

    + Basic computer skills for scanning and managing electronic health records.

    + Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

    This is a Contract position based out of Georgetown, DE.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
